Civil Litigation

I have handled multiple lawsuits over the years, both in Circuit Court and General District Court, and I will be pleased to offer a no-cost consultation to determine whether I believe your case has merit and if it is a matter that I feel qualified to handle.

About Me

I have been actively practicing law for nearly 40 years, and have maintained a private law practice in Frederick County, Virginia for approximately the past 30 years. I received my law degree from George Washington University School of Law in 1980, and graduated number one in my law school class. Before receiving my law degree, I was an active duty Naval Officer and served in a variety of technical and managerial positions before retiring from active duty in 1981 with 20 years of military service. In addition to my law degree, I have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science) in physics and a graduate degree (Master of Science) in electrical engineering.
